Whole beef deposit

This is a deposit to hold your beef. Once deposit is received, an email confirmation will be sent to you along with a cut sheet.  You will decide what cuts from the animal you want and return it to us, this will be delivered to the processor with your steer. You are responsible for paying for the processing fee directly to the processor for your chosen cuts, this is not paid to us. You will be responsible for paying $4/lb by hanging weight to us. Payment to us must be settled before your beef will be released.
